Our Commitment to Helping Those In Need
Virtual NerdCon has donated $110 CAD to The Frontline Fund on 13/06/2020. Our first convention early May 2020 we promised to donate all extra money we had to the research of COVID-19. We wanted to find the right place to put our money that supports the research for a vaccine as well as help the frontline workers that are putting their lives on the line every day. We know that just donating isn't enough. Everyone at Virtual NerdCon is doing what we can to support the cause by staying in isolation and following guidelines to the best of our ability. Virtual NerdCon was created in response to the Pandemic shutting down conventions worldwide. We are a place where vendors can come together again to earn towards paying their bills; we are a place where con goers of all kinds can come together to enjoy the convention atmosphere once again; we are a place of acceptance of everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, and beliefs. We will continue to do our part for the Con Community as well as our Frontline Heroes. Please stay safe, love each other from a distance, and support local.

What is Virtual Nerdcon?
A virtual geeky convention!Since COVID-19 has forced a lot of cons to cancel, we have decided to host our own con all in a virtual world! This con will be held on VirBela, an easy to download software where vendors will be showing off their products to all those involved! You get to have an avatar and run around just like you could in the real world but you don't even have to leave your bed!
